This testing instrument is designed based on Chinese national standard GB3048.2—2007. It is our newest instrument to test cable metal resisitivity. Its performance satisifies all the technical requirements of standard GB3048.2—2007. The testing instrument is a high-tech smart product that combines together the newest electronic technology, microcomputer, automatic testing technique, and newest fixture device. Compared to traditional testing instruments, it has resolved the low performance issues of complicated operation, time-consuing balancing and manual computation caused by single arm/double arm electronic bridge. For the first time, this testing instrument utilizes the advanced high-precision current--voltage lower four-terminal testing method, which eliminates the testing error caused by connecting wire resistor and touch resistor. The instrument can accurately test the volumn resisitivity, mass resisitivity, and unit length resistance of alloy materials such as solid copper/aluminium.
This testing instrument is an all-round testing system. composed by multi-purpose specimen fixture, high-precision digital voltmeter, wide-range high-stability DC constant current power supply, and microcomputer. The multi-purpse specimen fixture is accurately manufactured from special conductive alloy, having excellent contact, great conductivity, high precision positioning. It is suitable for adjusting and fixing a wide range of conductors from φ1mm to φ18mm. The high-precision digital voltmeter has high sensitivity, with resting range of 0.1μV—2V and accuracy of 0.05%, using LED to digitally display output value in 4? digits.
